Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager / Bookkeeper to join our team! Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations,
- Manage phone systems with professionalism, utilizing proper phone etiquette and providing exceptional customer support
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization across all administrative tasks
- Maintain financial records using QuickBooks including invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping duties
- Coordinate calendar management and scheduling for team meetings, appointments, and client engagements
- Support administrative functions such as typing correspondence, managing office supplies, and organizing files both physically and digitally.
- Assist with clerical duties like photocopying, scanning, and maintaining organized filing systems for easy access to documents
Experience
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a focus on bookkeeping or accounting tasks
- Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software for bookkeeping purposes
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
