Responsibilities
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and correspondence
- Coordinate calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls efficiently
- Utilize office management software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for daily tasks
- Handle clerical duties including typing, photocopying, faxing, and organizing files with attention to detail
- Support bookkeeping activities and basic office accounting tasks as needed
- Assist with personal assistant responsibilities such as travel arrangements or special project support when required
Experience
- Proven office experience or administrative background with a focus on clerical duties and customer service excellence in the field of construction.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, calendar management, and data entry processes
- Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace tools, and basic bookkeeping software like QuickBooks
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Excellent typing speed with accuracy and proofreading skills to ensure error-free documents
- Knowledge of office management practices combined with a friendly demeanor.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
