Office Manager / Sales & Customer Service Coordinator (Hybrid)

Next Level Exterior Care is a fast-growing exterior cleaning company specializing in window cleaning, power washing, and gutter services. We are looking for a driven, organized, and sales-minded Office Manager to take control of our customer communication, scheduling, and office operations.
This is a high-impact role — you will be directly responsible for helping generate revenue, improve customer experience, and keep our crews running efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and convert leads into booked jobs
- Make outbound calls to:
- Follow up on estimates
- Rehash unsold jobs
- Request Google reviews after completed jobs
- Schedule and dispatch 2–6 crews efficiently
- Manage CRM (Housecall Pro) for jobs, estimates, and communication
- Handle invoicing, payments, and QuickBooks tasks
- Communicate with customers via phone, text, and email
- Solve customer issues and maintain 5-star service
- Keep daily operations organized and running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong sales + customer service skills (MUST HAVE)
- Experience with CRM systems (Housecall Pro preferred)
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Excellent computer and communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Problem solver who takes ownership
- Reliable, self-motivated, and results-driven
Pay & Bonus Structure:
- $20–$25/hour (based on experience)
- Performance Bonuses:
- $10–$25 per job booked
- $5 per Google review collected
- 2% on closed “rehash” (unsold) jobs
- Monthly Bonus Potential: $500–$1,500+
