Back 2 Life Property Services is a fast-growing property services company providing junk removal, lawn maintenance, landscaping, cleanups, apartment services, and property management support throughout Jacksonville and surrounding areas.

We are looking for a highly motivated Office Manager / Dispatcher / Lead Generator who can help us grow the company, keep crews busy, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Dispatch & Scheduling

• Schedule lawn maintenance routes
• Schedule junk removal and cleanup jobs
• Confirm appointments with customers
• Coordinate daily crew schedules
• Manage job calendars and route efficiency

Customer Service

• Answer incoming calls and texts
• Respond to customer inquiries
• Follow up with customers after estimates
• Request customer reviews
• Maintain excellent customer relationships

Lead Generation & Sales

• Contact property managers
• Contact apartment communities
• Contact real estate agents and investors
• Follow up on old estimates
• Generate new business opportunities
• Help secure recurring service contracts

Marketing

• Post on Facebook, Google Business Profile, Craigslist, and other platforms
• Upload before-and-after project photos
• Assist with marketing campaigns
• Help improve online presence and reviews

Administrative Duties

• Create and send estimates
• Maintain customer records
• Track leads and sales activity
• Update company software and spreadsheets
• Assist with invoicing and collections

Daily Performance Expectations

• 50 outbound calls
• 20 outbound emails
• 5 estimate follow-ups
• 3 social media posts
• 1 Google Business Profile post
• Schedule new estimates and appointments

Weekly Goals

• 25 new contacts added
• 10 estimates scheduled
• 5 apartment visits scheduled
• 3 recurring lawn customers secured
• 2 junk removal jobs booked
• 1 new commercial account generated

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable making outbound calls
• Computer and smartphone proficiency
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service experience preferred
• Sales experience is a plus
