Office Manager / Executive Assistant / Administrative Coordinator

About Us

We are one of Ohio’s leading tire recycling companies and continues to grow rapidly with operations expanding across multiple locations. We are looking for a highly organized, motivated, and dependable person to help manage day-to-day office operations while also assisting ownership directly with administrative and business tasks.

This is not just a “sit behind a desk” job. We need someone who can think ahead, stay organized under pressure, communicate professionally, and help keep a fast-moving business running smoothly.

Position Overview

This role combines:

  • Office Manager
  • Secretary
  • Executive/Personal Assistant

You will be involved in daily office operations, customer communication, scheduling, organization, invoicing support, paperwork management, and assisting ownership with various business and administrative needs.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and direct calls professionally
  • Handle emails and customer communication
  • Organize and maintain office files and records
  • Assist with invoicing, billing, and paperwork
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and deliveries
  • Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and customers
  • Help manage calendars and day-to-day priorities
  • Order office supplies and maintain office organization
  • Assist ownership with administrative and personal business tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Help improve systems and organization as the company grows

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets, etc.)
  • Ability to problem solve and think independently
  • Professional attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Prior office management or administrative experience preferred
