Office Manager - Facility Management (Contracts & Tender Support)

Oversee and coordinate administrative, commercial, and tender-related support functions within a Facility Management organization.

The role includes managing contract documentation, supporting technical and commercial submissions, coordinating site visits, maintaining client communication, and handling procurement portal renewals.

The position requires strong experience in Facility Management operations and office administration.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (Graduation) in Business Administration, or related field
  • 7–10 years of experience in Facility Management industry
  • Strong experience in office administration, tendering, and contract support
  • Good understanding of FM operations (Hard FM / Soft FM services preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PDF tools)
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills

Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
