You+Baby Studio is a photography studio based in Dubai, focusing on maternity, newborn and family portraits. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an office assistant who wants to build a long-term role with us and contribute to keeping our daily operations organized and efficient.
What the job involves:
- Ordering and tracking props, stationery, and other supplies
- Vendor sourcing and communication
- Searching and coordinating bookings for transport and accommodation
- Preparing and managing internal documentation
- Providing general administrative support to the team
- Uploading, organizing and managing customer data (e.g., CD cards)
What we expect from you:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Quick learner with a proactive mindset
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Fluent in English (Arabic is advantage)
