We are You+Baby Studio —a women-led photography studio founded in 2019, now operating across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Doha. Today, we work as a full team of photographers and studio staff, focused on maternity, newborn, and family photography, handling a high volume of sessions across multiple locations.
As the business continues to grow, we’re looking for an Office Assistant to support the day-to-day side of operations by keeping track of tasks, coordinating between teams, and making sure the studio runs as it should behind the scenes.
What the job involves:
- Ordering and tracking props, stationery, and other supplies
- Vendor sourcing and communication
- Assisting with client communication when required
- Searching and coordinating bookings for transport and accommodation
- Preparing and managing internal documentation
- Providing general administrative support to the team
- Uploading, organizing and managing customer data (e.g., CD cards)
What we expect from you:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Quick learner with a proactive mindset
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Fluent in English (Arabic is advantage)
