We are seeking a dedicated and experienced home care agency manager to oversee the daily operations of our agency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of how a home care agency runs ensuring that our practice runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to managing staff, patient care, and administrative functions while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities
~ Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
~Manage human resources functions including hiring, training and performance evaluations of staff.
~Maintain accurate records.
~Coordinate managed care processes and liaise with insurance providers for patient coverage.
~Develop and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
~Provide administrative support to our office team, including helping out with scheduling and managing patient inquiries.

Experience
~Proven experience in a home care office management role or similar position is required.
~Strong knowledge of home care scheduling
~Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
~Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with staff, patients and outside caregivers
