HealthSource of Hermitage is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, compassionate, and driven Office Manager to grow with us. This is a hands-on leadership role in a small but expanding clinic — perfect for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, leading from the front, and building something meaningful.

This position combines office management, front desk leadership, and therapy assisting, making it ideal for an organized self-starter who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited about long-term growth based on performance.

What You’ll Do

As the Office Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our Hermitage clinic—supporting patients, doctors, and staff while helping drive the clinic forward.

  • Leadership & Management
  • Oversee daily clinic operations and workflow
  • Lead, train, and support front desk and therapy staff as the clinic grows
  • Help implement systems, policies, and procedures
  • Track performance metrics and support clinic growth initiatives
  • Act as a liaison between clinic leadership and day-to-day operations

Front Desk Responsibilities

  • Greet patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage scheduling, phones, and patient flow
  • Collect payments, explain care plans, and answer patient questions
  • Ensure a smooth, high-quality patient experience from start to finish

Therapy Assistant Duties

  • Assist patients with prescribed therapies and rehab exercises
  • Prepare therapy areas and ensure equipment is set up properly
  • Support doctors in delivering efficient, high-quality care
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 1 year of management experience (healthcare preferred, but not required)
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
  • Comfortable working both behind a desk and on the clinical floor
  • Positive, coachable attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a growing environment
  • Passion for helping people and being part of a mission-driven team
