We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Office Manager / HR Assistant to join our team. This role combines office administration with HR support, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of administrative processes
  • Greet guests and visitors, handle incoming/outgoing correspondence
  • Manage office budget, supplies, and vendor relationships
  • Coordinate travel arrangements (domestic & international)
  • Provide support with various administrative and HR tasks on a daily basis
  • Assist HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management
  • Assist with policy compliance and provide support to the management team
  • Organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities when needed
  • Ensure a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment
