Office Manager & Media Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, highly organized, and tech-savvy individual to manage day-to-day office operations at Embers Pallet Recycling while also supporting our growing media and advertising company, Archer’s Mark Media.

This is a full-time, in-office position based at 3802 Deerview Ct., Mullins, SC 29574. The role combines office administration, light accounting, customer care, sales support, and creative media responsibilities. No two days will look exactly the same.

Primary Responsibilities

Office Management

  • Schedule deliveries and coordinate logistics
  • Handle light accounting tasks including:
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Payroll support
  • Customer care and front-office communication
  • Issue payments and write checks to pallet suppliers (“peddlers”)
  • Maintain basic office records and organization

Sales Support

  • Prospecting and appointment setting during available office downtime
  • Follow up with potential clients and help keep the sales pipeline organized

Creative & Marketing Responsibilities

  • Create simple graphic and video ads for Promotional Purposes
  • Manage and post content across social media platforms for:
  • Help with basic content creation such as:
  • Graphics
  • Short videos
  • Social posts and captions

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable with technology and learning new software
  • Basic accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
  • Confident using computers, email, and office software
  • Creative mindset with experience in:
  • Graphic design
  • Content creation
  • Social media management
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Professional communication skills (written and verbal)

Preferred (But Not Required)

  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe, or other design tools
  • Sales, prospecting, or appointment-setting experience
  • Experience managing multiple brands or businesses

Compensation & Schedule

  • $15–$17 per hour, depending on experience
  • Full-time position
  • In-office work required (no remote option)
