Chicago Spine & Stability is hiring a highly organized, personable, and detail-oriented Office Manager / Patient Care Coordinator for a predominantly patient-facing role in our fast-paced, multidisciplinary practice.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy healthcare environment, enjoys multitasking, and is confident balancing patient interactions, scheduling, insurance verification, and provider support while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Chicago Spine & Stability is a growing multidisciplinary clinic offering chiropractic care, physical therapy, pelvic floor therapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, and wellness services. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient care in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and provide an exceptional front desk experience
  • Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling and questions
  • Check patients in and out efficiently and accurately
  • Verify insurance benefits and eligibility (required experience)
  • Explain patient financial responsibility when appropriate
  • Manage provider schedules and appointment flow
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Assist providers and support smooth day-to-day clinic operations
  • Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional office environment

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a chiropractic, physical therapy, or medical office
  • REQUIRED: Prior hands-on experience with insurance verification and eligibility
  • Knowledge of common CPT coding and medical insurance terminology
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Friendly, personable, and professional demeanor
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer and administrative skills
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative team setting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
