Where does this role fit into the bigger picture?

This role is responsible for ensuring the effective day-to-day operation of office facilities and workplace services.It supports organizational efficiency by maintaining safe, compliant, and well-functioning work environments, enabling teams to operate productively and without disruption.




Office Manager

As the Office Manager will manage day-to-day facility operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and productive workplace while also overseeing maintenance, security, and resource allocation.

The Office Manager will drive best practices in operational planning, sustainability, and space utilization to drive organizational effectiveness.



Your Responsibilities

  • You will coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and improvements to ensure safety, functionality, and compliance with relevant standards
  • You will manage vendor contracts and security protocols for facility-related services, ensuring reliability and cost-effectiveness
  • You will oversee space planning, equipment deployment, and inventory management to optimize resource use
  • You will collaborate with internal teams to address evolving workplace requirements and infrastructure needs
  • You will monitor and manage facilities-related budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements
  • You will ensure compliance with building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards
  • You will manage employee facility-related requests and oversee logistical arrangements for visits, events, and large meetings

Who we’re looking for?

  • You will have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in operations, facilities management, or a related role
  • You will have proven experience managing maintenance schedules, vendor relationships, and operational budgets
  • You will have strong organizational and project management skills, with high attention to detail
  • You will demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Proficiency in Arabic is a plus
