Responsibilities

Coordinate and organize meetings while maintaining accurate administrative databases and records
- Arrange travel logistics, including transportation and accommodation bookings
- Plan and support company events, workshops, and conferences
- Manage procurement and inventory of office stationery and IT equipment
- Handle incoming correspondence, complaints, and general inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Prepare and format official letters, presentations, reports, and other business documents
- Supervise and support administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Develop, implement, and maintain office procedures and administrative systems
- Provide administrative support to HR and Finance functions as required
Requirements-
3 - 5 years of experience in office administration or a similar role
- Experience in coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and office operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
