We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. This vital role involves managing front desk activities, coordinating communication, and supporting our team with organizational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring strong office management skills, excellent customer service, and proficiency with various computer systems to foster a productive workplace.

Duties

Greet visitors and clients professionally at the front desk, providing exceptional customer support.

Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries efficiently

Oversee calendar management and schedule appointments for team members.

Maintain accurate data entry, filing systems, and document proofreading to ensure information accuracy.

Handle bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.

Support administrative functions such as typing correspondence, managing emails via outlook, and organizing office supplies.

Assist with personal assistant duties as needed, including time management and task prioritization

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Field Edge.

Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and time management abilities

Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills for front desk interactions

Experience with multi-line phone systems and data entry tasks.

Office management experience combined with clerical background in a professional setting.

Knowledge of bookkeeping practices using QuickBooks or similar software for bookkeeping and payroll.

Familiarity with Construction but not required.

Personal assistant experience or calendar management skills are highly valued.

Computer literacy with the ability to proofread documents accurately

Pay: $29.00 - $31.00 per hour
