Office Manager/Bookkeeper

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain all books within our software programs.
  • Must be extremely fluent in excel.
  • Occasionaly write purchase agreements.
  • Maintain a schedule with owner, be punctual and responsible
  • Keep office spaces clean and in good repair.
  • Exhibit and enforce proper etiquette to employees and customers.
  • Communicate effectively with other agents and customers.
  • Take good care of equipment and furniture.
  • Be safe in the workplace.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Experience:

  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required)
  • Bookkeeping: 1 year (Required)
