Office Manager/Bookkeeper

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team! This vital role combines administrative leadership with financial oversight, ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment while maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to support daily office functions and bookkeeping responsibilities. Duties

  • Manage daily office operations, including front desk duties, greeting visitors, and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
  • Oversee calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events to optimize team productivity
  • Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations
  • Perform data entry tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and updating client or vendor information with precision
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email and ensuring excellent customer service standards are upheld
  • Handle clerical responsibilities such as filing, organizing documents, and managing office supplies to ensure a well-functioning workspace
  • Support administrative tasks including calendar management, document preparation, and assisting with personal assistant duties as needed
  • Supervise clerical staff

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Prior experience in clerical work or customer service roles with strong phone etiquette skills
  • Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in data entry and proofreading tasks
  • Experience working in the Construction Industry is advantageous
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
