Office Manager/CSR

Office Manager / Customer Service Representative

Western View Painting | Remote | $30,000 - $32,000 / Year | Part-Time

Who We Are

Western View Painting is in the middle of something deliberate. We're a Wyoming-based residential and commercial painting company doing $1.5M a year and we're building the infrastructure to handle it. New systems. New roles. A career ladder for field crews. An organizational model designed to scale to $5M and beyond. That means the people we bring on in 2026 aren't just filling seats. They're helping build the foundation. And we are looking for an Office Manager to be apart of our growing team. If you want to be part of a company while it's figuring out how to become something great — this is that moment.

The Role

This position starts at approximately 27 hours per week. It is expected to grow. We anticipate additional hours on occasion during peak season (April–October) and a move toward full-time as the company scales. We're not hiring someone to fill a slot — we're hiring someone who wants to own a function and grow with it.

You'll run the administrative backbone of the business and serve as the professional bridge between our operations team and our customers. This role requires someone who is genuinely self-directed — not because we're hands-off by accident, but because we're building a culture where people own their lane.

This is not an entry-level position. We need someone who can run independently, communicate clearly without being micromanaged, and take genuine ownership of their domain.

What You'll Own

Operations & Administration

– Invoicing, accounts payable, and vendor correspondence

– Managing incoming mail via our virtual mailbox system

– Maintaining records, files, and internal documents.

– Basic HR duties (managing employee files, onboarding, payroll)

– Supporting the Field Supervisor and General Manager with scheduling and logistics

Customer Service Representation

– Primary contact for new customers. (Scheduling leads, updating customers on upcoming projects, handling inbound questions/concerns.

– Handling inbound customer inquiries professionally and promptly

– Managing scheduling triggers so nothing falls through the cracks

Who You Are

– You've done this kind of work before — admin, office coordination, customer service — and you were good at it

– You work well without someone looking over your shoulder

– Your written communication is clear, warm, and professional

– You're a natural organizer who actually enjoys building order out of chaos

– You're comfortable in digital tools — or you learn them fast

– You follow through. If you say you'll do something, it gets done.
