About Us :

Greek Capital Management, a leading billing and collection software company specializing in collegiate organizations, is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and efficient Office Manager/Executive Assistant/Account Manager in a part-time role.


Position Overview:

This hybrid role will streamline communication, support our leadership team, and assist current and prospective clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication : Screen, prioritize, and manage emails, calls, and correspondence. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Project Support : Assist with special projects, reports, and event coordination. Demonstrating leadership and taking responsibility is essential.
  • Office Operations : Manage expenses, process invoices, and maintain organized digital and physical files. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Account Management:  Serve as the primary point of contact between GCM and its clients, building trust and fostering strong, lasting relationships.
