Office Manager/Human Resources

Duties

  • Knowledge of basic payroll processing workflows
  • Understanding of employee benefits enrollment and changes
  • Ability to maintain audit-ready HR files in accordance with policy
  • Familiarity with background checks, drug screening procedures, onboarding, and required healthcare documentation
  • Understanding of confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA, employment law, and credentialing standards
  • Manage daily office operations and calendar management to ensure efficiency and professionalism.
  • Oversee human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training & development, and maintaining HR records.
  • Administer payroll processing using Payroll system or similar accounting software while ensuring accurate budgeting and financial recordkeeping.
  • Maintain compliance with office policies, and ensure adherence to phone etiquette and communication best practices.
  • Proven supervisory experience in an office or administrative setting with a focus on team management and leadership.
  • Strong background in office management, clerical work, bookkeeping, and administrative support roles.
  • Excellent communication skills combined with organizational prowess to handle multiple priorities seamlessly.
  • Prior experience includes 3–5 years or more of administrative or office management experience
  • Experience in a healthcare, clinical, or medical office setting
  • Previous experience handling payroll, benefits administration, HR onboarding, and compliance
  • Experience with inventory control, supply ordering, or vendor coordination

Pay: $46,914.65 - $62,000.00 per year
