Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, courteous, and a leader who can function as an Office Manager and as a reception to oversee the administrative operations for My First Drive Driving School. The ideal candidate will be highly customer focused, well organized, detail-oriented, professional and capable of managing various office tasks efficiently.
Duties:
- Professionally interface with customers visiting the locations
- Answer customer phones call in a professional and welcoming manner
- Manage a staff of approx. 4/5 driving instructors and 3/5 part time receptionists
- Manage any issues related to students' experience, schedules, service, etc.
- Manage daily activities for the driving school
Experience:
- Proven experience in a professional customer facing environment
- Proven experience in managing a staff of 3-5 members is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities.
- Experience in sales
- Social media experience a plus.
