Purpose of the Roles
These roles collectively ensure the smooth, compliant, and efficient operation of Veipex’s internal functions. They support executive leadership, maintain regulatory alignment, manage financial and human resources, and uphold a professional office environment. Each role contributes to Veipex’s reputation for operational excellence, transparency, and employee empowerment.
Key Responsibilities Administrative Manager
- Oversee internal administrative systems, workflows, and documentation
- Manage company records, contracts, and compliance archives
- Coordinate cross-functional communication and reporting
- Supervise support staff and ensure adherence to company policies
Government Relations Officer
- Liaise with government entities, legal authorities, and regulatory bodies
- Handle renewals of licenses, permits, and corporate registrations
- Monitor legal and regulatory updates impacting operations
- Represent Veipex in official documentation and external meetings
Finance & HR Coordinator
- Support payroll processing, expense tracking, and financial reporting
- Assist in budgeting, vendor payments, and audit preparation
- Manage employee records, onboarding, and HR documentation
- Coordinate recruitment, performance reviews, and training logistics
Office Manager
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, supplies, and facility management
- Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and functionality
- Organize internal meetings, schedules, and executive logistics
- Support administrative tasks related to HR and finance
Shared Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication in Arabic and English
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality

Reporting Structure
These roles report directly to the CEO or designated department heads, depending on function and scope.
