OFFICE MANAGER (WINE IMPORTS)

Own the Operations. Keep Everything Moving.

Why This Role Matters

This is a highly autonomous, self-sufficient role.

You will not be micro-managed or guided step-by-step. You are trusted to understand the system, manage your responsibilities, and keep daily operations running smoothly.

You are the operational center of the company, making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Orders. Customers. Logistics. Inventory. Compliance. Communication.

If you are someone who naturally takes ownership, stays organized without being reminded, and solves problems as they come up, this role will feel like a natural fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

Order Processing

Independently manage order flow from entry to completion with accuracy, structure, and clear communication.

Customer & Company Relations

Act as a key point of contact for customers, vendors, and partners. Maintain professional, responsive communication with minimal supervision.

Supply & Inventory Management

Monitor inventory levels, track product flow, and communicate with COO to maintain balance and availability.

Accounting & Record Keeping

Maintain accurate operational records including invoices, payments, orders, and expenses. Support bookkeeping using QuickBooks

Regulatory Compliance

Work with our compliance department to ensure they have all documentation required per state.

Bonus If You Have

  • Experience in wine, beverage distribution, importing, or hospitality
  • Background in operations, logistics, or supply chain
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar systems
  • Experience in small, fast-moving teams

Bachelor’s Degree

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
