iDisplayit is known for creating exceptional acrylic displays for the world of collectibles. We take pride in our thoroughness, ensuring that every display we manufacture is of the highest quality. Our warehouse is where we carefully craft these displays and ship them worldwide.

What We Need

We are seeking an individual who has a willingness to learn and grow within a family-run company. We are expanding quickly in the US and need a reliable, organized, and creative part-time assistant to support our warehouse operations, customer service, and marketing efforts.

This is a varied, hands-on role that’s ideal for someone who enjoys both practical tasks and creative work, and who is happy supporting a small team where no two days are the same. An understanding about pop culture and collectible toys is highly desirable, particularly a passion for LEGO and the toy industry.

In this dynamic position, you will play a key role in shaping our company by contributing to content creation, managing social media engagement, executing email campaigns, updating website content, supporting affiliate partnerships, and driving overall brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Content Creation

  • Help design and schedule email newsletters
  • Create simple promotional website banners and campaign assets
  • Assist with taking images and videos, and scheduling it to post onto our social media accounts
  • Update and maintain website content (product descriptions, blogs) ensuring accuracy and SEO best practices.
  • Support marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Keep up to date with market trends and industry-related topics to generate ideas for new content.

Admin & Customer Support

  • Support day-to-day operational admin tasks as needed
  • Build and manage relationships with affiliates and resellers
  • When needed, reply to customer emails in a friendly, professional manner and help resolve order queries and support customers throughout their journey

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an admin or digital marketing role.
  • Proficient with eCommerce Platforms (Shopify, WordPress, or similar) and Design Software (Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • Experience using a CRM Platform or Email Design Platform.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Ability to clearly articulate ideas and collaborate with the team.
  • A keen interest in collectibles, LEGO, or pop culture.

This is an office-based role at our warehouse in Sanford and remote work is not available.

Schedule:

  • Part-time, 5 days a week
  • 20-25 hours per week - daily hours to be agreed (e.g. 4-5 hours per day)

Working within our normal office hours, which are:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
  • Friday: 8:30am – 4:30pm

Employment Screening Requirements:

  • Background check
  • Drug test

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 25.0 per week
