Office marketing manager Dental Practice

Job Summary
Bellevue Dental Practice is seeking a dynamic and experienced Office/Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and oversee daily office operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, filling daily schedule efficiently, content creation, treatment plan patient follow up and office management, ensuring the practice’s growth and excellent patient experience. Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies utilizing SEO, social media marketing, and multichannel marketing campaigns to attract new patients and retain existing ones.
• Manage digital advertising efforts including Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and performance marketing to maximize outreach and engagement.
• Oversee content marketing initiatives, including copywriting for website content, blogs, email campaigns, and print advertising materials.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for designing promotional materials and maintaining visual branding consistency across platforms.
• Maintain and update the practice’s website using WordPress, HTML, and e-commerce platforms to ensure user-friendly navigation and current information.
• Implement marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, track analytics through Google Analytics, and optimize performance marketing efforts.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and local market opportunities to refine marketing tactics.
• Manage social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, and Instagram to enhance online presence.
• Coordinate advertising sales efforts with local partners or vendors as needed.
• Oversee office operations including scheduling, patient communication, budgeting, and team coordination to ensure smooth daily functioning.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing with expertise in SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and multichannel campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML coding basics, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and email marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies and product management principles within a healthcare or dental setting is preferred.
• Excellent research skills combined with copywriting abilities for compelling content creation.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly for optimal results.
• Experience with print advertising and traditional marketing channels is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Prior experience in office management or healthcare administration is desirable but not mandatory. Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
