Office Operation with Data Entry

Administrative and Clerical Tasks:

  • Answering Phones: Handling incoming calls, directing calls to the appropriate person, and taking messages.
  • Managing Correspondence: Handling emails, letters, and packages.
  • Scheduling: Arranging and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.
  • File Management: Organizing and maintaining office files, records, and documents.
  • Data Entry: Entering and updating data in various systems
  • Bookkeeping: Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as expense tracking.
  • Document Preparation: Preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • General Office Tasks: Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, assisting with errands, and other miscellaneous duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
