<Responsibilities>
- Manage front desk duties, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, including data entry, document proofreading, and record keeping.
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, and coordinating meetings using Microsoft Office tools.
- Assist with bookkeeping activities including basic QuickBooks entries.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, supporting clients and internal teams.
- Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and managing office supplies inventory to ensure seamless daily operations.
<Experience>
- Previous office experience in administrative or clerical roles is highly preferred.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
- Experience using multi-line phone systems and managing front desk responsibilities.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping tools like QuickBooks or similar software is advantageous.
- Excellent phone etiquette, proofreading skills, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
