Office Operations Associate

LiTTLE GREEN GOURMETS is a fresh kids meal company dedicated to growing smart eaters! Our meals are delivered to children throughout NYC daily and made from the best local and organic ingredients. Our meticulous attention to quality and detail has helped us grow quickly and we are looking for talented, quality-minded people to join our team and grow with us!

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support our operations, customer communication, and internal coordination. This role is critical to ensuring that day-to-day processes run smoothly across our kitchen, delivery, and customer accounts. You will work closely with our management team and play a key role in maintaining accurate information, clear communication, and timely issue resolution.

Responsibilities:

CUSTOMER SUCCESS

  • Serve as a point of contact for school partners and parents
  • Assist with onboarding new school accounts and parent customers
  • Respond to inquiries regarding menus, ingredients, and deliveries
  • Track account updates and communicate changes to internal teams
  • Support reimbursement tracking and account adjustments

DATA & ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

  • Maintain and update Google Sheets and internal systems
  • Format, print and organize daily production paperwork
  • Manage calendars related to production and delivery schedules
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of operational data

OFFICE COORDINATION

  • Communicate updates between kitchen, delivery, and office teams
  • Assist with relaying schedule changes, delays, and delivery updates
  • Support smooth day-to-day production and delivery execution

PROBLEM SOLVING

  • Address day-to-day issues as they arise and escalate when needed
  • Identify recurring issues and share observations with management
  • Support implementation of process improvements

Additional Tasks May Include:

  • Assist with basic HR and administrative paperwork
  • Support accounts receivable/payable coordination
  • Provide general operational support to the management team

We are looking for a candidate with :

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience in operations, administration, or customer support preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and basic data management
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • Spanish is a plus

This is a full time hourly position $26 / hr DOE

East Harlem, NYC (On-site, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm)
