Office Operations Manager(Accounts)- Only Males-Guntur

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Office Operations Manager to oversee and monitor daily office operations, especially the Accounting team. The candidate will ensure smooth workflow, proper coordination, and accuracy in accounting-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor the Accounting Staff and daily operations
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting work
  • Review reports, entries, and financial records
  • Maintain discipline, attendance, and team coordination
  • Support management with operational updates and reports
  • Identify process improvements and ensure compliance

Requirements:

  • Any Graduation (B.Com preferred)
  • Experience in supervising a team is mandatory
  • Knowledge of accounts will be an added advantage
  • Strong leadership and monitoring skills
  • Good communication and organizational abilities
