Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Personal Assistant at Lynora's, located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. The role involves supporting day-to-day administrative activities, including managing schedules and appointments, assisting with clerical duties, coordinating communications, and providing general support to executive team members. The Office Personal Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and administrative tasks.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Proficiency in Diary Management and scheduling
  • Exceptional Communication skills, including verbal and written communication
  • Competence in Clerical Skills, such as document preparation and organization
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
