Job Overview

We are seeking highly organized and detail-oriented Office Personnel to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and strong proficiency in computer applications, including spreadsheets, calendars, and cloud-based storage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars
• Submit online paperwork and ensure accurate documentation
• Answer emails and handle general administrative inquiries
• Draft survey forms and organize digital files (PDFs)
• Assist with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) work (training provided)

Preferred Skills & Software Proficiency:

• Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
• Excel and other spreadsheet applications
• Salesforce and other online platforms (training provided)
