The Office & Procurement Assistant will support subcontractor management processes by coordinating registration, purchase requests, work orders, and invoicing, while also providing administrative support between departments. This role combines procurement operations with office coordination to ensure smooth workflows across projects.

Our client is a leading multinational engineering and consultancy company specialized in large-scale energy and infrastructure projects.
Description
· Register subcontractor companies in the company system
· In coordination with department managers, conduct meetings with subcontractor candidates, prepare purchase requests, forward shortlisted ones to the Procurement Department, and follow up on the process
· Prepare and issue work orders for approved subcontractors after the procurement stage
· Maintain records of work orders and update or modify them when required
· Support the Accounting Department throughout the invoicing process and prepare service entries
· Provide administrative and coordination support between subcontractors and internal departments.
Profile
· 3+ years of experience in similar positions
· Proficiency in SAP software
· Strong command of English, both written and spoken
· Ability to adapt to an international, multicultural environment and collaborate effectively in teams
· Proactive mindset and problem-solving skills.
