- Greet visitors and handle front desk operations professionally
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries
- Maintain and update records, files, and databases accurately
- Enter daily data into computer systems with speed and accuracy
- Coordinate with office staff for routine tasks
- Handle basic office documentation and reports
Requirements:
- Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email)
- Good typing speed and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable, punctual, and well-organized
- Prior experience will be a plus
