Goodies Catering LLC is seeking an experienced, driven, and highly professional Office Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and oversee front-office operations. This role is responsible for generating high-quality, profitable business while managing the Catering Coordinator and ensuring operational excellence from inquiry to event execution.

The Office Sales Manager must specialize in Catering and Events to lead our sales initiatives, coordinate event planning, and oversee daily office operations. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote catering and event services, expand our client base and increase revenue
  • Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, menu customization and pricing, service staffing, and logistics management
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality service delivery, timely setup, and adherence to budget constraints
  • Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, calendar management, filing, and front desk duties with professionalism and efficiency
  • Supervise Catering Coordinator, administrative tasks, and event coordination to foster a collaborative work environment
  • Follow appropriate bookkeeping procedures required by accounting (i.e. invoicing, expense tracking, and payroll tracking)
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, budgets, and event details to ensure smooth communication and project continuity
  • Lead client consultations, tastings, and proposal development

Requirements

  • Proven experience in event planning with a strong background in full-service catering or hospitality industries
  • Supervising experience managing teams or staff in an office or service environment
  • Excellent schedule management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Vendor management experience ensuring reliable partnerships and quality control
  • Knowledge of human resources practices including training & development and employee relations
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in filing, documentation, and administrative processes
  • Experience in office management roles involving clerical tasks such as answering and properly responding to clientele, calendar coordination, and front desk operations
  • Effective communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette for engaging clients and team members alike
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
