Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Secretary to join our growing team in Dubai’s construction sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their network and experience in managing the entire office setup, develop strategic partnerships (especially with Chinese companies), and contribute to the company's expansion across UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, government entities, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Represent the company in industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
- Assisting with project coordination, including document control and record keeping.
- Supporting HR with administrative tasks, such as interview scheduling, onboarding new employees, coordinating for ground logistics.
- Preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintaining data in xl, preparing dashboard / charts and supporting in administrative data of office and project sites
- Managing schedules, calendars, and appointments for senior management.
- Organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Drafting, reviewing, and managing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handling confidential documents and maintaining filing systems.
- Taking minutes of meetings and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
Requirements:
- Graduate (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Fluent in Mandarin and English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
- Proven track record of securing large-scale projects or partnerships.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with UAE culture, legal frameworks, and visa/work permit regulations.
