Office Secretary - Arabic

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • Prepare letters, memos, and reports in Arabic
  • Maintain filing systems and office records
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars
  • Support management with administrative tasks
  • Coordinate with departments for documentation and follow-ups
  • Receive visitors and assist as needed

Pay: KD300.000 - KD400.000 per month

Work Location: In person
