Job Title: Office Secretary for Head Office – Lahore

-> Having Degree of BA / MBA.

-> Short Hand (80 wpm)

-> Having a minimum of 10 Years’ experience or more of;

a. Good Computer Knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) and

other sotwares.

b. Business communications with foreign partners by emails / calls.

c. HR-related all procedures / documentations.

d. Registration / Renewal / Additional Indexation / Prequalification of Government

Institutes and other departments.

e. Meetings Schedule with Foreign Partners for International Trade Shows /

Exhibitions.

f. Administrative Department Assignments.
