Shift hours may vary depending on location: 7am – 4pm, 8am – 5pm, 9am – 6pm. Overtime may be required. Work week – Mon – Fri.


Description:

Hiring manager is looking for someone with the following qualities:

• Print production, Mailroom, Reception/Hospitality experience preferred

• Law Firm experience preferred

• Microsoft 365 proficiency and general computer experience required


Daily responsibilities:

This is a customer-facing role. Employees in this position will provide coverage and support at multiple sites in NYC and 2-3 sites around Melville NY.

Duties include reception, mailroom, print production, hospitality, and other office services.

• Mailroom operations

• Print production (printing, assembling, binding)

• Key-op (replenishing toner and paper in printers, clearing jams)

• Greeting and assisting visitors and answering and forwarding calls

• Scheduling conference rooms through Outlook or other applications

• Communicating with customers via Outlook, Microsoft TEAMS, and in-person

• Assisting with stocking kitchen supplies, maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen and other office areas

• Conference room set up/take down

• Other duties, as assigned
