Work Schedule

  • Full-time position
  • 8 hours per day
  • 5–6 days per week
  • Fixed office schedule with occasional flexibility for operational needs

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily office services and administrative operations
  • Coordinate office support functions including facilities, supplies, and logistics
  • Manage reception, mail handling, and internal communication flow
  • Ensure office equipment, supplies, and systems are maintained efficiently
  • Support HR and administration teams with operational tasks
  • Monitor service quality and ensure smooth workplace operations
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams
  • Maintain records, reports, and documentation for office services
  • Implement office procedures and improve operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace standards
