Position Overview

Indy Grills is seeking an organized, RELIABLE, and customer-focused Office & Showroom Manager to support the daily operations of our growing company.

This role combines office administration, light bookkeeping, showroom management, and customer interaction. The ideal candidate enjoys variety, takes pride in keeping things organized, and creates a welcoming experience for clients visiting our showroom.

In addition to managing the showroom and office, this role also provides the opportunity to earn commissions by assisting customers with showroom product purchases, such as fireplaces, grills, and outdoor kitchen components.

Schedule

This position follows a Tuesday–Saturday schedule:

  • Tuesday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Sunday & Monday: Off

Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration

  • Assist with invoicing and payment tracking
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records
  • Support scheduling and general office coordination

Showroom Management

  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the showroom
  • Ensure product displays are presented professionally
  • Manage samples, materials, and showroom inventory

Customer Experience

  • Greet clients visiting the showroom
  • Answer questions about our products and services
  • Assist customers with selecting grills, materials, finishes, and features
  • Support the sales team during client meetings

Sales Opportunities

  • Assist walk-in customers with purchasing fireplaces, grills, and outdoor products
  • Help guide customers through product options and features
  • Earn commissions on showroom product sales

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Friendly, professional communication with customers
  • Comfortable multitasking and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping preferred
  • Experience in retail, showroom sales, office administration, or customer service is a plus

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $65,000 per year
  • Commission Opportunities: Earn commissions on products sold through the showroom
  • Expected Total Compensation: Approximately $85,000 – $90,000 annually
