Office & Social Media Coordinator

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are currently looking for a motivated, organized, and creative individual to join our growing team as an Office & Social Media Coordinator supporting a group of 11 companies across multiple industries.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of office administration, employee engagement, marketing, and social media content creation. No two days are the same, and the role changes seasonally depending on business needs and events throughout the year.

Compensation

· Starting salary: $52,000 per year

· Full-time position

· Opportunities for growth within multiple expanding businesses

Schedule

· Monday through Friday

· 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

· Some evenings or weekends may be required for special events, company functions, or seasonal projects

Office & Administrative Duties

· Pre-screen applicants and assist with hiring coordination

· Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates

· Assist with employee onboarding and recognition initiatives

· Help maintain organized office systems and communication

· Coordinate company announcements, events, and internal morale initiatives

· Support management with various administrative projects

· Handle day-to-day office support tasks as needed

Social Media & Marketing Duties

· Manage and oversee social media platforms for 11 companies

· Create engaging photo and video content

· Travel to different business locations to capture content

· Edit and post content across multiple social platforms

· Help develop creative marketing ideas and campaigns

· Maintain consistent branding across all companies

· Monitor engagement and help grow online presence

· Assist with promotions, seasonal campaigns, and special events

Work Environment

· Approximately 2–3 days per week in an office setting

· Approximately 2–3 days per week visiting different business locations creating content and assisting operations

Qualifications

· Strong communication and organizational skills

· Comfortable using social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn

· Basic knowledge of content creation, editing apps, and marketing

· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

· Positive attitude and professional appearance

· Reliable transportation required

· Experience in office administration, recruiting, or social media management is preferred but not required
