Photo House Media - L.L.C is a dynamic organization committed to excellence in Corporate Events Videography and Photography. We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as Office Staff and contribute to smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Answer phone calls, emails, and coordinate communication across the team
- Maintain office records, filing systems, and databases
- Manage Booking schedules and deliverables
- Quotation, Invoicing, and Contract Preparation
- Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient office environment
- Basic Accounting task
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of office or administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
- Knowledgeable on how to file VAT Returns, Invoicing using SAP and Oracle.
Preferred:
- Female (Required)
- Nationality: Philippines
- Experience working in a media company (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with office management software or tools
