Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various clerical tasks to support the efficient operation of our office. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Duties

  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage phone systems, including answering calls and directing inquiries appropriately
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
  • Assist in calendar management for scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all documents are up-to-date
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
  • Support medical receptionist duties as needed, including patient check-in and record management
  • Utilize Google Workspace for document creation, collaboration, and communication
  • Execute various clerical tasks as assigned to ensure smooth office operations

Experience

  • Previous experience in an office environment is preferred
  • Familiarity with data entry processes and computer systems is essential
  • Experience with phone systems and customer service roles is a plus
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is highly desirable
  • Strong proofreading skills with an eye for detail are required
  • Bilingual abilities are a valuable asset in enhancing communication with diverse clients
