Office Staff

Service Recycling is looking to hire a motivated, detail-oriented individual for full-time office-based role. This position plays a critical role in keeping our facilities, equipment and material flow organized and on schedule.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong organization, communication, and follow-through in a fast-paced industrial environment.

What We're Looking For: Inventory Manager

Self-starter who can manage tasks with minimal supervision.

Fast learner able to pick up systems, processes, and terminology quickly.

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Able to meet deadlines and follow established procedures.

Clear communicator with good grammar and spelling.

Able to climb stairs and lift 50lbs.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Key Skills and Responsibilities May Include:

(Training provided, prior industry experience a plus but not required)

Scheduling, tracking, and updating work orders, loads or job tasks.

Data entry and accurate recordkeeping (logs, spreadsheets, reports).

Communicating with internal teams, drivers, or vendors.

Preparing, reviewing, and filling required paperwork (Work requests, purchase orders, etc.).

Monitoring inventory, schedules, or task lists.

Using computer systems to keep information accurate and up to date.

Adapting to shifting daily priorities while following established processes.

Technical Requirements:

General Computer Proficiency

Ability to learn new software systems

Position Details:

Drug-Free workplace, including THC.

Starting pay: $16.00/hour, with increases based on performance.

Paid time off after one year.

Must be available for an in-person interview, and positions cannot be done remotely.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
