Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly at the front desk, providing professional and friendly customer support.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and taking accurate messages.
- Perform data entry tasks using computer skills, including maintaining records, filing documents, and updating databases.
- Utilize Office management software such as QuickBooks for bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments or meetings using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools.
- Handle clerical duties such as proofreading documents, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Support administrative functions including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and preparing reports as needed.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse clients and team members.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated office experience with clerical or administrative responsibilities.
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks.
