Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Worker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a customer-focused attitude, ensuring smooth operations within our office environment. This role requires proficiency in various office management tasks, including data entry, customer service, and clerical duties. The Office Worker will be responsible for supporting daily operations while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
  • Operate multi-line phone systems to direct calls and provide information.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and team members.
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
  • Handle correspondence through email and Google Workspace applications.
  • Support office management functions by maintaining supplies and equipment.

Experience

  • Previous office experience is preferred, with a focus on clerical or administrative roles.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance communication with diverse clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills are required.
  • Time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience as a dental or medical receptionist is beneficial but not mandatory.

Job Type: Part-time
