Cleaning & Maintenance:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly clean and sanitize the clinic's floors, bathrooms, and other common areas to ensure they meet hygiene and cleanliness standards.
  • Dust and wipe surfaces, including desks, chairs, windows, and other furniture.
  • Clean and maintain office kitchen area, ensuring dishes are cleaned and the space is tidy.
  • Ensure the clinic is always hygienic and pleasant for patients, staff, and visitors

Refreshments:

  • Prepare tea, coffee, and other beverages for staff, guests, and patients.
  • Ensure that the kitchen area is stocked with necessary supplies like coffee, tea bags, sugar, etc.

Support for Office Operations:

  • Be available to assist staff with any other small tasks that contribute to the smooth running of the office.
  • Assist in organizing office supplies and reporting when restocking is needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: Previous experience in a similar cleaning or office assistant role is preferred but not mandatory.

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the office.
