About Us: We are a family-owned, custom organizational systems business based in St. James, MN. We specialize in designing and installing custom, high-quality storage solutions that transform spaces. Because everything we do is custom, no two days are the same!
The Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative team member to create custom design and project estimating. Don't worry if you don't have a design or construction background—we provide all the hands-on training you need to succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Create Custom Designs: Work with clients to design organizational systems for their closets, garages, pantries and storage areas.
- Prepare Estimates: Calculate material needs and project costs.
- Manage Project Details: Supply installers with schedule and project specifications.
- Problem Solve: Evaluate each unique project and adapt to different client requirements.
What We Are Looking For
- No prior design experience necessary—we will teach you everything you need to know.
- A highly organized, detail-oriented mindset.
- Basic familiarity or comfort with computers (experience with Microsoft Excel or similar software is a plus, but not strictly required).
- A positive, eager attitude and a willingness to learn.
