RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage administrative tasks including scanning, physical and digital filing, handling billing, scheduling appointments
- Data entry in to Excel Spreadsheets and Quickbooks
- Administrative support in planning and developing projects
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Draft and Type correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed
- Answering phones, and managing incoming/outgoing mail
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Coordinate projects by tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, etc)
- QuickBook Experience Preferred )but no required)
- Know how to save and edit PDF documents in Adobe Pro
- Works fast and detail oriented
- Strong proofreading skills
- Proficient in typing with high level of accuracy
- Ability to coordinate projects effectively and multitask efficiently
- Demonstrated problem-solver with positive attitude
REMOTE WORK ADVISORY***
- Please be advised that the position requires the successful candidate to go to the office (in Queensbury, NY) once per week to pick-up and drop-off work documents.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Queensbury, NY 12804
